The Success Circle is a structured implementation path — not an open-ended program. It operates as a single, ongoing Private Network designed to support you as your business evolves.
For $199 per month, you gain access to the complete Success Circle system. Most owners complete all three Stages in about 24 months and every Stage includes the complete Playbook Series. What changes as you progress is the intensity and focus of implementation guidance, not your access to the system.
Foundation is the prerequisite for Strategic Growth and Executive Authority. When it’s done correctly and completely, the next Stages can be built on a solid base, not guesswork or patchwork.
Stage 1: Foundation (3–6 months)
This is where structure begins. You work through the fundamentals everything else depends on — starting with Mindset, Goals, and Time — and apply them inside your business so you’re no longer relying on memory, instinct, or sheer effort to keep things moving.
Stage 2: Strategic Growth (6–9 months)
Once Foundation is in place, the pressure shifts. Growth creates new demands — more people, more moving parts, more decisions — and the structure you’ve built needs to be strengthened and applied across the day-to-day reality of the business.
Strategic Growth focuses on situation-specific guidance for the decisions you’re facing now, helping you translate the Playbooks into real priorities and consistent execution.
Stage 3: Executive Authority (6–12 months)
With Foundation and Strategic Growth established, the goal is simple: the business runs with strength and consistency without depending on your constant presence.
Executive Authority focuses on delegation, accountability, and leadership structure — so you lead as the executive, setting direction and ensuring the systems hold even under pressure.
Continuity (included throughout)
Continuity keeps your implementation connected — so progress compounds. It reinforces shared language, structure, and decision-making as you move through the Stages, helping prevent drift and keeping the system active as the business evolves.
Continuity does not imply ongoing private 1:1 time with Joe. Any direct 1:1 support is structured separately.
Consistency & Commitment
The Success Circle rewards consistent implementation — that’s where the change happens. Consistency is what allows you to maintain the foundational components in a way that can sustain your business, and it’s what makes the later Playbook easier to implement without backsliding.
And it takes commitment. When you demonstrate that the system matters enough to follow through, your people follow the standards you put in place. When you don’t, the standards fade and the business can drift back into reaction mode.
