Elisa is co-founder of brainSHARE Coach. She is passionate about guiding companies to emerge from the various phases of business in a position of power (startup; fast-growth; turnaround; exit). Her specialty is helping establish the appropriate processes and teams required at the different stages in the business life cycle. She received her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and is an ICF certified coach. Elisa’s promise: “I will help startups and established businesses to be on an equal playing field as a big corporation. I’ll give them access to leadership and organizational development resources that were once only accessible to the largest companies.
